L.A. Arepa Bar
Inspired by the food staple in Venezuela, Alejandra decided to bring to Los Angeles something unique from her own culture: an Arepa Bar, a pop-up restaurant aboard a food truck. Made out of corn dough and stuffed with a variety of fillings, arepas are a staple in Latin-American cuisine, and she made sure to create something for every taste!
Alejandra popped up on Abbot Kinney Blvd, in Venice, California, a few times and she soon realized people were just in love with arepas…
